incomplete sync
From ver.2.2.1 or so, my app in office laptop can't complete sync, this causes broken notes and connections because sync is stopped on the way. This may be caused by firewall, it blocks api connection. Stella also can't chat. Can you change the connecting method to lower version? I could sync with older version. (windows, ver.2.2.0)

hey sorry about this, we're going to look at how to bypass the firewall... is it possible in your settings to give Constella access?

I'll try it, but I can't have much hope because it's controled by system admin of my company. As a last resort, I can use normally with smartphone tethering even in office pc.

I see, that must be frustrating, sorry on my behalf. We've identified the issue but trying to see the best fix possible, our new backend server's provider for some reason is being flagged

Sync issue resolved in v2.2.3. Thanks! Continuing to take and link notes. (API connection to talk to Stella still blocked by firewall, but I won't use chat at the office).
